Front End Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Software Engineer with 5 to 8 years of experience specializing in React JS. This hybrid role requires a professional who can work effectively in a day shift. The ideal candidate will contribute to our innovative projects enhancing our software solutions and positively impacting our companys goals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain web applications using React JS to ensure high performance and responsiveness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define design and ship new features.
• Write clean maintainable and efficient code to enhance the functionality of our software products.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
• Troubleshoot and debug applications to optimize performance and resolve issues.
• Implement unit tests to ensure the reliability and stability of the codebase.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to incorporate them into the development process.
• Participate in agile development processes including sprint planning daily stand-ups and retrospectives.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers to foster their growth.
• Work closely with UX/UI designers to implement user-friendly interfaces.
• Ensure the scalability and security of web applications through proper design and architecture.
• Collaborate with backend developers to integrate APIs and other services.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and tools.

Qualifications

• Possess a Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in software development with a focus on React JS.
• Demonstrate strong proficiency in JavaScript HTML and CSS.
• Show experience with version control systems like Git.
• Exhibit knowledge of RESTful APIs and web services.
• Have excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Display strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Nice to have experience with other front-end frameworks like Angular or Vue.js.
• Nice to have familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
• Nice to have understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
