Job Summary

We are seeking a Jr. Online Analyst - CM with 0 to 1 year of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in MS Excel and a strong background in Content Strategy Online/Digital Marketing and Online. This role requires working from the office with rotational shifts. Proficiency in English (Read/Write Speak) is essential.


Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and implementing online content strategies to enhance digital presence.
  • Monitor and analyze online marketing campaigns to ensure effectiveness and optimize performance.
  • Utilize MS Excel to compile analyze and report on data related to online marketing efforts.
  • Collaborate with the content team to ensure alignment with overall marketing goals.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the online space.
  • Support the creation and management of digital marketing campaigns across various platforms.
  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of online initiatives.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve online strategies.
  • Assist in the development of content calendars and scheduling of posts.
  • Ensure all online content is optimized for search engines and adheres to best practices.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive online marketing efforts.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and content strategy.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of online marketing processes and strategies.

  • Qualifications

  • Must have proficiency in MS Excel for data analysis and reporting.
  • Should have experience or knowledge in Content Strategy and Online/Digital Marketing.
  • Must be able to read write and speak English fluently.
  • Nice to have familiarity with various online marketing tools and platforms.
  • Should be detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
  • Must be able to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Should have the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Must be willing to work in rotational shifts.
  • Should have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be proactive and able to work independently.
  • Should have a passion for digital marketing and content strategy.
  • Must be adaptable and open to learning new skills and technologies.
  • Should have a positive attitude and a willingness to contribute to team success.
