Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Software Engineer with 10 to 12 years of experience in React JS to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will work in a hybrid model primarily during day shifts. This role does not require travel. The candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality web applications ensuring seamless user experiences and contributing to the overall success of our projects.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain high-quality web applications using React JS
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define design and ship new features
- Ensure the performance quality and responsiveness of applications
- Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs
- Help maintain code quality organization and automation
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers
- Participate in code reviews to maintain high code quality standards
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies
- Contribute to continuous improvement by suggesting enhancements to user interfaces and software architecture
- Work closely with product managers to understand requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs
- Ensure that all development processes and practices are followed
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to ensure technical feasibility of designs
- Write and maintain comprehensive documentation for all developed code and applications
Qualifications
- Possess a strong proficiency in React JS and its core principles
- Have a solid understanding of JavaScript HTML and CSS
- Demonstrate experience with popular React JS workflows such as Redux
- Show familiarity with RESTful APIs and modern front-end build pipelines and tools
- Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Have excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Display a proactive attitude towards learning and adopting new technologies
- Possess a bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field
- Have experience with version control systems such as Git
- Show understanding of Agile methodologies and practices
- Demonstrate the ability to work in a hybrid work model
- Have a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in software development
- Exhibit a strong commitment to delivering high-quality software solutions.
