Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager with 9 to 10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Adobe Mix Modeler Adobe DSP and Adobe Advertising. Experience in Analytics is a plus. This role is hybrid with no travel required and day shifts.


Responsibilities

  • Lead project planning sessions to ensure all project phases are well-defined and achievable.
  • Oversee the execution of project plans ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress and any potential risks.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Utilize Adobe Mix Modeler to analyze and optimize marketing strategies.
  • Implement and manage Adobe DSP campaigns to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Leverage Adobe Advertising tools to enhance campaign performance and ROI.
  • Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure successful project completion.
  • Facilitate effective communication among team members and stakeholders.
  • Monitor project performance and implement necessary adjustments to stay on track.
  • Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement.
  • Foster a collaborative and productive team environment.

    • Qualifications

  • Possess a strong background in project management with 9 to 10 years of experience.
  • Demonstrate expertise in Adobe Mix Modeler Adobe DSP and Adobe Advertising.
  • Have a solid understanding of analytics and its application in project management.
  • Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Show proficiency in managing hybrid work models.
  • Display strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Maintain a high level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Adapt to changing project requirements and environments.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Possess strong leadership skills to guide and motivate team members.
  • Have experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Show commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
  • Exhibit a proactive approach to identifying and addressing project challenges.

    PMP Certification Adobe Certified Expert in Adobe Advertising
