Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Senior Process Executive - HC with 2 to 4 years of experience in Accounts Receivable. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Provider Calling Accounts Receivables Revenue Cycle Management and Provider domains. This role requires working from the office during night shifts. The candidate will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our revenue cycle processes.


Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee the entire accounts receivable process to ensure timely and accurate billing and collections.
  • Handle provider calls efficiently to resolve any issues related to claims and payments.
  • Monitor and analyze revenue cycle metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines in the healthcare industry.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on accounts receivable status to management.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to revenue cycle management.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and completeness of accounts receivable records.
  • Train and mentor junior team members on best practices and procedures.
  • Address and resolve any discrepancies or issues related to provider payments.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and changes in regulations.
  • Work closely with providers to ensure timely and accurate submission of claims.
  • Utilize advanced software and tools to manage and track accounts receivable activities.

  • Qualifications

  • Possess strong technical skills in accounts receivable management.
  • Demonstrate expertise in provider calling and revenue cycle management.
  • Have a solid understanding of healthcare provider domains.
  • Exhibit excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Show proficiency in using relevant software and tools for accounts receivable.
  • Display the ability to work effectively in a night shift environment.

  • Certifications Required

    Certified Revenue Cycle Specialist (CRCS) or equivalent certification in healthcare revenue cycle management.
