We are currently looking for a Launch Project Coordinator to join our growing team.
What you´ll do
As a Launch Project Manager, you will be responsible for following up on dozens of projects simultaneously, managing repetitive tasks, and maintaining databases. You will collaborate with global stakeholders to ensure process alignment, timely reporting, and continuous improvement in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Follow up closely on critical projects and open action items.

Maintain and update internal documentation and references on processes.

Ensure alignment of communication in a highly dynamic environment.

Coordinate activities with relevant stakeholders.

Report progress and updates to leadership in a timely manner.

Analyze and improve processes and operations for greater efficiency.
Necessary skills and experience required:
-
1+ years of experience following up on project progress.
-
1+ years of experience in Support or Customer-facing Operations.
-
Knowledge of ticketing tools.
-
Experience with Agile methodologies (a plus).

Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with experience collaborating across a large, global organization.

Fluent English speaker (all work will be done in English).

Advanced proficiency in spreadsheet tools.

Very methodical, organized, and detail-oriented.

Positive attitude focused on finding solutions.

Team player with an attitude of service.
-
Ability to work independently and resolve issues with general guidelines.

Uses feedback constructively to improve continuously.
