Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Developer with 9 to 13 years of experience in MuleSoft API-Led Connectivity MuleSoft API Lifecycle MuleSoft Integration and Mulesoft. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Asset and Wealth Management domain. This is a hybrid work model with day shifts and no travel required.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and development of MuleSoft integrations and APIs to meet business requirements.
  • Oversee the entire API lifecycle from design and development to deployment and maintenance.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers on the team.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of systems and applications.
  • Ensure that all MuleSoft solutions adhere to best practices and industry standards.
  • Conduct code reviews to maintain code quality and ensure compliance with coding standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to MuleSoft integrations and APIs.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for all MuleSoft solutions and integrations.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in MuleSoft and API technologies.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Implement security best practices to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Optimize performance of MuleSoft integrations to ensure high availability and scalability.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.

    • Qualifications

  • Must have extensive experience in MuleSoft API-Led Connectivity MuleSoft API Lifecycle MuleSoft Integration and Mulesoft.
  • Must have domain expertise in Asset and Wealth Management.
  • Should have strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Should possess excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Nice to have experience with other integration platforms and technologies.
  • Nice to have knowledge of cloud platforms and services.
  • Should be able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Must have a strong understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
  • Should be detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.
  • Must have the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Should be proactive in identifying and addressing potential issues.
  • Must have a passion for learning and staying current with new technologies.
  • Should have a customer-centric mindset and a commitment to delivering value to the business.
