Location: Remote

Job Role Description:

· Design and implement end-to-end architecture for D365 solutions.

· Lead technical development efforts, including customizations, integrations, and migrations.

· Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical designs.

· Ensure best practices in performance, scalability, and security of D365 applications.

· Hands on experience with Power Platform, Azure services, .Net and third-party integrations.

· Drive technical governance.

· Mentor development teams and ensure adherence to coding and deployment standards.

Job Requirements:

· Extensive experience configuring & customizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CE or Field Service) architecture and development.

· Experience in PCF technology and its implementations

· Experience in Plugins, Workflows, Custom Pages and Model driven design and development

· Proficiency in Dataverse, API integrations, and enterprise system connectivity.

· Experience working in onsite-offshore delivery model and lead the team to complete sprint goals

· Experience in Agile methodology

· Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to lead technical teams.

Salary and Other Compensation:

Applications will be accepted until 5/05/2024.

The annual salary for this position is between 114,000 - 150,000 yearly depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
