Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Infra. Technology Specialist with 8 to 12 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Desktop Management for MAC and Dell Kace as well as O365 Identity Management and M365 Messaging Migration. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can manage and optimize our desktop infrastructure ensuring seamless operations and contributing to our companys success.


Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain desktop environments focusing on MAC and Dell Kace systems.
  • Oversee the implementation and administration of O365 Identity Management.
  • Lead M365 Messaging Migration projects to ensure smooth transitions.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for desktop management issues.
  • Develop and implement desktop management policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards and security protocols.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to optimize desktop infrastructure.
  • Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Conduct regular system audits and generate reports.
  • Train and mentor junior IT staff on desktop management best practices.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
  • Contribute to the development of IT strategies and roadmaps.
  • Support the hybrid work model by ensuring remote desktop management capabilities.

  • Qualifications

  • Possess strong expertise in Desktop Management for MAC and Dell Kace.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in O365 Identity Management.
  • Have extensive experience with M365 Messaging Migration.
  • Exhibit excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Show ability to develop and implement IT policies and procedures.
  • Have strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Be proactive in staying updated with industry trends and technologies.

  • Certifications Required

    Certified in Desktop Management O365 Identity Management and M365 Messaging Migration.
