Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Infra. Tech. Specialist - Ops with 4 to 8 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in APM and Load Balancer BIG IP / F5. This role operates on a hybrid work model with night shifts. Travel is not required.


Responsibilities

  • Monitor and maintain the performance of APM systems to ensure optimal functionality
  • Implement and manage Load Balancer BIG IP / F5 configurations to ensure efficient traffic distribution
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for APM and Load Balancer BIG IP / F5 issues
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate APM and Load Balancer solutions into existing infrastructure
  • Conduct regular system audits and performance tuning to maintain high availability and reliability
  • Develop and maintain documentation for APM and Load Balancer configurations and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with security policies and protocols in all technical operations
  • Perform routine maintenance and updates to APM and Load Balancer systems to prevent downtime
  • Analyze system logs and performance metrics to identify and resolve potential issues
  • Assist in the planning and execution of infrastructure upgrades and migrations
  • Provide training and guidance to junior team members on APM and Load Balancer technologies
  • Participate in on-call rotation to provide 24/7 support for critical infrastructure components
  • Collaborate with vendors and external partners to resolve complex technical issues

  • Qualifications

  • Possess strong expertise in APM systems and Load Balancer BIG IP / F5 technologies
  • Have a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in infrastructure operations
  • Demonstrate excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Show proficiency in system monitoring and performance tuning
  • Have experience in technical documentation and compliance
  • Exhibit strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Be capable of working independently and in a team environment
  • Have a proactive approach to identifying and resolving technical issues
  • Show commitment to continuous learning and professional development
  • Be adaptable to night shift work and hybrid work model
  • Have a solid understanding of security protocols and best practices
  • Demonstrate ability to train and mentor junior staff
  • Be prepared to participate in on-call rotations for critical support.

  • Certifications Required

    Certified in APM and Load Balancer BIG IP / F5 technologies. Additional certifications in infrastructure management are a plus.
