Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Process Executive-Ops with 1 to 3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will excel in customer service management and possess strong skills in MS Excel. This role involves working from office during day shifts focusing on enhancing operational efficiency and contributing to our companies success.

Responsibilities

  • Manage customer service operations to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and efficient service delivery.
  • Utilize MS Excel to analyze data generate reports and support decision-making processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline order management processes in the retail domain.
  • Support product content and information management to ensure accurate and up-to-date product data.
  • Provide IT business support to resolve technical issues and improve system performance.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all operations.
  • Assist in the development of training materials and conduct training sessions for team members.
  • Participate in project planning and execution to achieve business objectives.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and systems to drive business growth.
  • Support the companies mission by delivering high-quality service and fostering positive customer relationships.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrate proficiency in customer service management and MS Excel for data analysis and reporting.
  • Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
  • Possess knowledge of order management processes in the retail sector as a plus.
  • Show experience in product content and information management as an advantage.
  • Display familiarity with IT business support and technical troubleshooting.
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams.

Certifications Required

Certified Customer Service Professional (CCSP) Microsoft Excel Certification
