Job Summary

The Process Specialist-CDM/PV role requires a professional with 2 to 3 years of experience in the Hi-Tech domain focusing on online and ISV sectors. The candidate will work in a hybrid model during day shifts contributing to process optimization and ensuring seamless operations. Proficiency in English communication is essential for effective collaboration and documentation.


Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance process efficiency and streamline operations in the Hi-Tech domain.

  • Provide support and guidance to team members to facilitate smooth process transitions and adaptations.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback for process enhancements.
  • Implement best practices in process management to optimize resource utilization and reduce operational costs.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all process-related activities.
  • Facilitate training sessions to improve team proficiency in process management and execution.
  • Utilize technical skills to troubleshoot and resolve process-related issues promptly.
  • Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in the Hi-Tech sector.
  • Contribute to the development of process improvement strategies that align with the companys vision and mission.
  • Foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and proactive problem-solving. Qualifications
