Job Summary

We are seeking a Cloud Architect with 12 to 15 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in MSExchangeOnlineAdministration MSExchangeAdmin M365-Messaging and Messaging Migration. This role involves designing and implementing messaging services with a focus on MS Exchange. The position is hybrid with rotational shifts and no travel required.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and implementation of messaging services with a focus on MS Exchange to enhance communication efficiency.
  • Oversee the administration of MSExchangeOnline and MSExchangeAdmin to ensure seamless operations.
  • Provide expert guidance on M365-Messaging and Messaging Migration to support organizational transitions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate messaging solutions with existing systems.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for messaging architecture and processes to ensure clarity and consistency.
  • Monitor messaging systems to identify and resolve issues proactively ensuring minimal downtime.
  • Implement security measures to protect messaging data and maintain compliance with industry standards.
  • Optimize messaging infrastructure for performance and scalability to meet evolving business needs.
  • Conduct regular assessments of messaging systems to identify areas for improvement and innovation.
  • Train and mentor junior team members to build a knowledgeable and skilled workforce.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver tailored messaging solutions.
  • Evaluate new technologies and tools to enhance messaging capabilities and drive innovation.
  • Ensure that all messaging services align with the companys strategic goals and objectives.

  • Qualifications

  • Possess extensive experience in MSExchangeOnlineAdministration and MSExchangeAdmin.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in M365-Messaging and Messaging Migration.
  • Exhibit strong skills in designing and implementing messaging services.
  • Have a solid understanding of hybrid work models and rotational shifts.
  • Show a commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with industry trends.

  • Certifications Required

  • Microsoft Certified: Messaging Administrator Associate
