Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Architect with 8 to 9 years of expertise in IICS to join our team. This hybrid role requires a professional who can design and implement robust data integration solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data flow and integration contributing to the companys strategic goals and enhancing societal impact.
Responsibilities
Design and implement scalable data integration solutions using IICS to meet business requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data integration needs.
Ensure seamless data flow and integration across various platforms and systems.
Develop and maintain documentation for data integration processes and solutions.
Monitor and optimize data integration performance to ensure efficiency and reliability.
Provide technical guidance and support to team members and stakeholders.
Conduct regular reviews and updates of data integration solutions to align with industry best practices.
Identify and resolve data integration issues in a timely manner to minimize impact on business operations.
Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in data integration technologies.
Contribute to the development of data integration strategies and roadmaps.
Ensure compliance with data security and privacy regulations in all integration processes.
Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve solution quality.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team.
Qualifications
Possess strong expertise in IICS with a proven track record of successful implementations.
Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Exhibit strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a hybrid environment.
Have a solid understanding of data integration best practices and methodologies.
Show proficiency in documenting technical processes and solutions.
Display the ability to adapt to changing technologies and business needs.
Certifications Required
IICS Certified Specialist Data Integration Certification

Salary and Other Compensation:
Applications will be accepted until July 7th 2025. The annual salary for this position is between $120K- 135K depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
