Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Software Engineer with 8 to 12 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Spring Boot Java React and Angular and will work in a hybrid model during day shifts. This role involves designing developing and maintaining software solutions that align with business goals and enhance user experiences.


Responsibilities

  • Develop high-quality software solutions using Spring Boot Java React and Angular to meet business requirements and user needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements ensuring alignment with project objectives.
  • Design and implement scalable maintainable and efficient code to support application functionality and performance.
  • Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure software reliability and adherence to quality standards.
  • Optimize application performance by identifying bottlenecks and implementing appropriate solutions.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to incorporate best practices into development processes.
  • Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and improve overall code quality.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation to support ongoing development and future enhancements.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of projects and address any technical challenges.
  • Ensure seamless integration of front-end and back-end components for a cohesive user experience.
  • Manage and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results.
  • Collaborate with DevOps teams to streamline deployment processes and ensure smooth application operations.


Qualifications

  • Demonstrate strong proficiency in Spring Boot and Java for back-end development.
  • Exhibit expertise in React and Angular for front-end development and user interface design.
  • Possess excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • Showcase a solid understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
  • Have experience in creating scalable and maintainable software architectures.
  • Display strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
  • Bring a proactive attitude and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
  • Show familiarity with version control systems and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Have knowledge of database management and integration with applications.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid work model.
  • Exhibit attention to detail and a focus on delivering user-centric solutions.
  • Stay adaptable to evolving project requirements and industry advancements.
  • Possess a passion for continuous learning and professional growth.


Certifications Required

  • Oracle Certified Professional: Java SE Spring Professional Certification React Developer Certification
