Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced

Pega Lead Decisioning Architect with 20 to 24 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Pega Platform Pega Process Modeling and PEGA Decision Hub along with domain experience in Billing. This hybrid role requires a strategic thinker who can drive project success and deliver exceptional results.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the delivery of complex projects on the Pega Platform ensuring alignment with business objectives and client needs.
  • Oversee the implementation of Pega Process Modeling to streamline and optimize business processes.
  • Provide expertise in PEGA Decision Hub to enhance decision-making capabilities and improve customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Pega solutions within the billing domain.
  • Drive project planning execution and delivery ensuring adherence to timelines and budget constraints.
  • Monitor project progress and performance identifying and mitigating risks to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients stakeholders and team members to ensure clear communication and alignment on project goals.
  • Develop and implement best practices for Pega solution delivery ensuring high-quality results and client satisfaction.
  • Mentor and guide team members providing technical and professional development support.
  • Conduct regular project reviews and assessments to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous enhancement.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements within the billing domain.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to inform decision-making and optimize project outcomes.
  • Contribute to the development of strategic initiatives to drive business growth and innovation.

Qualifications

  • Possess extensive experience in Pega Platform demonstrating deep technical knowledge and hands-on expertise.
  • Have a strong background in Pega Process Modeling with the ability to design and implement efficient business processes.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in PEGA Decision Hub leveraging its capabilities to enhance decision-making and customer engagement.
  • Bring domain expertise in billing understanding the unique challenges and requirements of this area.
  • Exhibit excellent project management skills with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Show strong leadership abilities with experience in mentoring and guiding teams to achieve their full potential.
  • Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate a strategic mindset with the ability to think critically and drive innovative solutions.
  • Have a commitment to continuous learning and professional development staying current with industry trends and best practices.
  • Show a proactive approach to problem-solving with the ability to identify and address issues before they escalate.
  • Exhibit strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.

  • Possess a strong understanding of industry standards and regulatory requirements within the billing domain.

Salary and Other Compensation:

Applications will be accepted until 02/28/2025.

The annual salary for this position is between $180,000 and $220,000, depending on the experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
