Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Test Lead with 9 to 11 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Azure Functions Azure SQL and Microsoft Azure IoT. Experience in Multi Channel domain is a plus. This is a hybrid work model with day shifts and no travel required. The Test Lead will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software solutions.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the testing efforts for software solutions ensuring high quality and reliability.
  • Oversee the development and execution of test plans test cases and test scripts.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior testers fostering a collaborative team environment.
  • Coordinate with development teams to understand project requirements and deliverables.
  • Conduct thorough testing of Azure Functions Azure SQL and Microsoft Azure IoT solutions.
  • Identify document and track defects and issues ensuring timely resolution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
  • Implement and maintain automated testing frameworks and tools.
  • Monitor and report on testing progress providing regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in testing.
  • Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies.
  • Contribute to the development of testing strategies and plans.
  • Drive the adoption of new testing technologies and tools.

    • Qualifications

  • Possess strong expertise in Azure Functions Azure SQL and Microsoft Azure IoT.
  • Have experience in Multi Channel domain is a plus.
  • Demonstrate excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Show proficiency in automated testing tools and frameworks.
  • Have a solid understanding of software development life cycle.
  • Display a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues.
  • Possess a keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
  • Show flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
  • Exhibit strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Have a proven track record of leading successful testing projects.
  • Demonstrate the ability to mentor and guide junior team members.
  • Data Analysis and Visualization: Proficiency in tools like Excel SQL and Power BI.
  • Database Management: Understanding of database concepts and experience with database management systems like SQL Server Oracle or MySQL.
  • Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC): Familiarity with SDLC methodologies like Agile Scrum or Waterfall.
  • Business Intelligence (BI): Experience with BI tools and techniques.
  • Process Modeling and Workflow Analysis: Skills in creating process models and analyzing workflows to improve business processes.
  • Requirements Gathering and Documentation: Ability to gather document and manage technical requirements for projects.
  • Software Testing: Knowledge of software testing principles and techniques including test case development and user acceptance testing.
  • Programming Skills: Basic knowledge of programming languages such as Python R or Java. (nice to have)

  • ISTQB Certified Tester Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate
