Job Summary
We are looking for a Lead Developer with 10 to 13 years of experience specializing in Marketing Cloud (SFMC) and SFMC Advanced. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Finance and Accounting domains. This hybrid role requires a day shift commitment and does not involve travel.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of Marketing Cloud (SFMC) solutions to meet business requirements.
- Oversee the integration of SFMC Advanced features to enhance marketing automation and customer engagement.
- Provide technical expertise in the Finance and Accounting domain to ensure seamless integration with marketing solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver high-quality marketing campaigns.
- Ensure the scalability and performance of SFMC solutions to support business growth.
- Develop and maintain documentation for SFMC configurations and customizations.
- Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to ensure code quality and best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SFMC implementations.
- Mentor and guide junior developers to enhance their technical skills and knowledge.
- Stay updated with the latest SFMC features and industry trends to drive innovation.
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and best practices in all marketing activities.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns to identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications
- Must have extensive experience in Marketing Cloud (SFMC) and SFMC Advanced.
- Nice to have experience in the Finance and Accounting domain.
- Must have strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Must have excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Must have the ability to work in a hybrid work model.
- Must have the ability to work in a day shift.
Benefits:

The annual salary for this position is between $80,000 – $130,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
