Roles and Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced Gen AI/AI/ML with 10 to 14 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in AWS Redshift AWS Sagemaker Generative AI ML Ops AWS Machine Learning AI & ML Concepts Machine Learning Artificial Intelligence. Additionally experience in Supply Chain Management and Supply Chain - Consumer Goods is mandatory. This is a hybrid work model with day shifts and no travel requirements.
Responsibilities
Gen AI/AI/ML - AWS Redshift AWS Sagemaker - Lead the design and implementation of AI and ML solutions for supply chain management in the consumer goods sector.
- Oversee the development and deployment of machine learning models using AWS Machine Learning and Amazon Sagemaker.
- Provide technical expertise in Generative AI and ML Ops to optimize and automate supply chain processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI and ML solutions into existing supply chain systems.
- Ensure the scalability and reliability of AI and ML models in a hybrid work environment.
- Conduct thorough testing and validation of machine learning models to ensure accuracy and performance.
- Monitor and maintain AI and ML systems to ensure continuous improvement and adaptation to changing business needs.
- Develop and implement best practices for AI and ML model management and deployment. - Provide training and support to team members on AI and ML concepts and tools.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and ML technologies and apply them to improve supply chain processes. - Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in the implementation of AI and ML solutions.
- Contribute to the companys overall purpose by enhancing supply chain efficiency and effectiveness through innovative AI and ML solutions. Qualifications –
- Must have extensive experience in Generative AI ML Ops AWS Machine Learning AI & ML Concepts Machine Learning Artificial Intelligence and Amazon Sagemaker.
- Should have a strong background in Supply Chain Management and Supply Chain
- Consumer Goods.
- Must possess excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Should have the ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
- Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Should be able to lead and mentor a team effectively.
- Must be proactive in staying updated with the latest AI and ML technologies.
- Should have a proven track record of successfully implementing AI and ML solutions in supply chain management.
- Must be detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Should have a strong understanding of industry standards and regulations related to AI and ML.
- Must be committed to continuous learning and improvement.
- Should have the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

The annual salary for this position is between $[86,000 – 150,000] depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
