About the role
As a EUC Engineer, you will make an impact by provide services in the End User Tools specifically Nexthink and a proven background in the Hi-Tech domain. You will be a valued member of the Communications team and work collaboratively with CIS leaders.
In this role, you will
· Participate in transition activities, assist with knowledge gathering and documentation from external customers or incumbents.
· Evaluate service provision and resourcing based on SLA, assets, call volumes, site criticality, and customer requirements; conduct due diligence before RFP & BAFO submissions.
· Attend customer-agreed locations to gather processes related to EUC & Field Services, then build process documentation for the customer and partner.
· Actively manage workload, review tickets, assist in verifying vendor invoices, and work closely with third-party partners.
· Maintain a strong grasp of desk-side support duties, Break-Fix, Service Requests, IMAC, Incident, Problem, and Configuration management, with expertise in SLA and KPI management.

What you need to have to be considered
· ITIL Professional Certification – Highly valuable for managing IT services efficiently.
· Experience in Manufacturing/Factory Service Delivery – Industry-specific expertise is desirable.
· EUC & FSO Transition, Delivery, and Project Experience – A well-rounded background in IT service delivery.
· Desk-Side Support Expertise – Comprehensive understanding of incident/request handling and break-fix solutions.
· Flexibility in Work Hours & Location – Adaptability to meet client demands and relocate if needed.
· Transition & Knowledge Transfer – Assist in EUC Field Service transitions, gathering customer knowledge for documentation.
· Service Analysis & Due Diligence – Assess SLA, resourcing, and site criticality before RFP & BAFO submissions.
· Customer Process Documentation – Gather current service delivery processes and create structured documentation.
· Operational & Vendor Coordination – Manage workload, review tickets, and verify vendor invoices for accuracy.
· Technical & ITIL Compliance – Ensure adherence to ITIL processes, including incident management, problem resolution, and configuration management.
These will help you stand out
· ITIL Certification – Valuable for managing IT services efficiently and aligning with best practices.
· Microsoft & Other Technical Certifications – Demonstrates expertise in industry tools and technologies.
· Bachelor’s or Technical Degree – Provides foundational knowledge and credibility in the field.

Salary and Other Compensation
Applications will be accepted until June 30, 2025.The annual salary for this position is between $37,000 to $59,500 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
