We are looking for a Front End Engineer with 5+ years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Next JS and Vue JS with expertise in UX/UI design and accessibility. The candidate will play a crucial role in developing and enhancing our web applications, ensuring they are user-friendly and visually appealing. Role can be done remotely from Lithuania.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain high-quality web applications using Vue JS and Next JS
  • Collaborate with the design team to create intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces
  • Ensure the technical feasibility of UI UX designs and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
  • Implement responsive design principles to ensure applications work seamlessly across various devices and platforms
  • Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to ensure code quality and best practices
  • Troubleshoot and debug issues to improve application performance and user experience
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our applications remain cutting-edge
  • Work closely with product managers to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications
  • Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers to help them grow their skills
  • Collaborate with backend developers to integrate front-end components with server-side logic
  • Ensure the security and integrity of web applications by implementing best practices and conducting regular security audits
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and workflows

Requirements:

  • Possess a strong background in UI UX design principles and best practices
  • Strong expertise in frameworks like Next.js and Vue, and extensive experience in building scalable, performant web applications.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Show ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
  • Have strong communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholder

  • The salary range for this position is from 3750 EUR – 6250 EUR gross before taxes.*

*Salary offer for the candidate is determined based on the predefined salary ranges for the position and depends on the level of competence and experience of the candidate.
