About the role
As a Cisco CVP/IVR development, you will make an impact by working closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement cutting-edge communication solutions that enhance business operations and customer interactions.
In this role, you will:
- Design and implement scalable communication solutions using Cisco Webex Contact Center Cisco CVP Cisco UCCE and Cisco Unified Communication Manager to enhance business operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Provide technical guidance and support to ensure seamless integration of communication systems with existing infrastructure.
- Oversee the deployment and configuration of communication solutions ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
- Conduct regular system audits and performance assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all communication systems including design specifications configuration guides and troubleshooting procedures.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the company remains at the forefront of communication solutions.
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather feedback and continuously improve communication systems to meet evolving business needs.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in all communication system implementations.
- Provide training and support to end-users to maximize the effectiveness of communication solutions.
- Collaborate with vendors and third-party service providers to ensure seamless integration and support for communication systems.
- Lead efforts to optimize communication systems for cost efficiency and performance.
- Contribute to the company’s purpose by enhancing communication capabilities ultimately improving customer interactions and satisfaction.

What you need to have to be considered:
- 8 to 12 years of experience in Cisco Webex Contact Center Cisco CVP Cisco UCCE and Cisco Unified Communication Manager.
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex communication system issues.
- Exhibit excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Have experience in the automotive industry which is considered a plus.
- Show a proactive approach to learning and adapting to new technologies and industry trends.
- Display strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Maintain a customer-focused mindset ensuring communication solutions meet business and user needs.
- Experience in the automotive industry is a plus.
