CAMUNDA Architect:

Must Have:

Min 9-14 year experience

5+ experience on any BPM technology and minimum 3+ years on CAMUNDA 7.x/8.x technology

8+ years of Expertise in Java 1.6+ and J2EE or Java EE, Webservices (SOAP and REST), Spring (core, boot, batch and MVC), Hibernate, JPA. JMS, Camel, Maven, Any database

Nice to Have:

Familiar with UI Development (Preferably in Angular/React), Exposure to Cloud, Micro services

Technical:

5+ experience on BPM technology architecture and solution design, including 3+ experience on CAMUNDA

8+ experience Java/J2EE development, Webservices (SOAP and REST) development, spring, hibernate

Should be technically strong and hand-on Java, Spring Boot, CAMUNDA technology stack implementations

Excellent knowledge on integration frameworks SOAP, REST web-services, Camel

Able to understand complex functional / business requirements, visualize architecture, solution and translate same into estimates and a technical delivery plan.

Excellent technical communication to drive best practices during planning and implementation with internal and customer stakeholders

Should be able plan and execute development and source code management best practices, deliver reusable code component and architecture.

Should be able to technically lead and mentor the development and support teams.

Architecture Formulation and Finalization
Development Finalize the Requirement with business and record the finalize requirements
Formulate the Functional requirement based on business requirements
Code Review against the Business and Functional Requirement
Version and release Management

Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, good confidence level, and team dynamics to be able to handle the demand working with the Client teams in Agile mode, Able to handle small team.

CAMUNDA Senior Developer (SA):

Must Have:

Min 6-9 year experience; Prefer SA level

2+ years of strong experience on Camunda 7.x or 8.x /Redhat BPMS 6.x, 7.x technology

5+ years of Expertise in Java 1.6+ and J2EE or Java EE, Webservices (SOAP and REST), Spring (core, boot, batch and MVC), Hibernate, JPA. JMS, Maven, Any database

Nice to Have:

Familiar with UI Development (Preferably in Angular/React),

Exposure to Cloud, Micro services

Technical:

Java/J2EE expertise in development, Webservices (SOAP and REST) development, Spring, hibernate

Expertise in Skills Camunda Process designer, data and from models and Create BPMN 2.0 processes, task re-usable modules
Expose process and services as REST APIs and integrate with Identity management system like LDAP and AD for access control
Deploy, configure and optimize processes and server instance using Spring Boot.
Experience in creating High level and low-level detail design document.
Strong debugging and review skills. Conduct code reviews Strong on OOAD, BPMN and Design concepts.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain high-quality software solutions using Spring Boot Spring Cloud and related technologies.
  • Implement and manage Docker containers and Docker Hub for efficient application deployment.
  • Utilize Mockito for unit testing and ensure code quality with Junit.
  • Manage source code repositories using GITHUB and Container Registry.
  • Design and implement API Gateway solutions for secure and efficient API management.
  • Implement authentication and authorization mechanisms using JSON Web Token.
  • Integrate Netflix Hystrix for fault tolerance and Eureka for service discovery.
  • Use Apache Log4J for logging and monitoring application performance.
  • Administer Docker environments and ensure smooth container orchestration.
  • Implement caching solutions using Redis and EHCache for improved application performance.
  • Utilize Gradle for build automation and dependency management.
  • Develop and maintain RESTful and SOAP-based web services.
  • Use Spring Integration for seamless integration of various systems.
  • Write and maintain clean efficient and well-documented code in Java.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
  • Work in a hybrid model with day shifts and no travel requirements.

Qualifications

  • Have a minimum of 5 years and a maximum of 8 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in Asset & Wealth Management is a plus.
  • Demonstrate excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Show strong communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Be proactive in learning and adapting to new technologies.
  • Exhibit a strong understanding of software development best practices.
