We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer to join our dynamic team. You would ideally have expertise in React JS, Node JS, and Next JS. This role requires proficiency in English and Spanish and offers a hybrid work model.

What will make you successful in this position?

  • Having strong experience in React JS, Node JS, and Next JS.
  • Ideally having experience in Product Content and Info Management and Multi-Channel domains.
  • Having a strong understanding of web development best practices.

What will be your mission?

  • Lead the analysis and documentation of business requirements for complex projects.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of Java-based solutions to meet business needs.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data analytics to drive business decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of project goals and objectives.
  • Conduct detailed analysis of business processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of business requirements and technical specifications.
  • Facilitate meetings and workshops to gather and validate business requirements.
  • Ensure that all solutions are scalable maintainable and meet the highest quality standards.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Assist in the development of test plans and coordinate testing activities.
  • Provide training and support to end-users to ensure successful adoption of new solutions.
  • Analyze and interpret complex data sets to identify trends and patterns.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Possess a strong technical background in Java with at least 10 years of experience.Demonstrate expertise in Analytics with a proven track record of delivering data-driven insights.
  • Exhibit excellent communication skills in English both written and verbal.
  • Show proficiency in business analysis methodologies and tools.
  • Have experience working in a hybrid work model.
  • Display strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Be able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Have a solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC).
  • Be detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Show ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Have experience in facilitating meetings and workshops.
  • Be familiar with data visualization tools and techniques.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
