Senior Python Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Python Developer with experience in PySpark and Python3. The ideal candidate will work in a hybrid model focusing on developing and optimizing applications. Experience in FLEXCUBE-Wholesale Banking is a plus. Strong English language skills are required.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and optimize high-quality applications using PySpark and Python3.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define design and ship new features.
• Ensure the performance quality and responsiveness of applications.
• Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
• Maintain code quality organization and automation.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Work closely with product management to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Implement and maintain best practices in software development.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the development process.
• Ensure compliance with project standards and methodologies.
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Possess strong experience in PySpark and Python3.
• Have a good understanding of FLEXCUBE-Wholesale Banking is a plus.
• Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills.
• Show proficiency in English (Read/Write Speak).
• Exhibit strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Have a solid understanding of software development life cycle.
• Be able to work in a hybrid model.
• Demonstrate the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Show a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
• Have experience with code versioning tools.
• Possess strong analytical and debugging skills.
• Be detail-oriented and capable of delivering high-quality work.
• Have a proactive approach to identifying and solving problems.
