Position Summary
As a Senior Software Tester, who has extensive knowledge and experience in Workday and Dayforce, with a strong focus on Quality Assurance. Responsible for implementing frameworks for Automation and Performance Testing, as well as developing both functional and non-functional test scripts. This role includes creating comprehensive test plans, test strategies, and test estimation documents for multiple projects within the program. Also manage stakeholder relationships and oversee process and business assurance management to ensure the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
Mandatory Skills
Expertise Workday and Dayforce Core HCM, Payroll, HR Admin and deliver, Talent and Performance, Finance, Payroll Business Process with Quality Assurance. Strong testing experience in Test Automation Tool such as Kainos, Selenium with ITAF framework, Postman (Rest/SOAP) and TOSCA. Performance Testing tool – Load Runner. Test Management Tool – HP ALM and JIRA Mobile Testing tool See Test
Strong function knowledge with Aurion, EDP, SWIM, MIM, Noggin, SAP Finance, Solvinjury, EDW, SAP Field glass, Qualtrics, Workday Adaptive Planning, UKG and ADP system. Programming knowledge in Java, SQL, JSON.
Domain Knowledge of Telecom, Retail and Manufacturing and logistics. Good to have Penetration testing knowledge and experience.
Roles And Responsibilities
- Owning single Point responsible for all Testing Delivery Projects as a Techno Functional SME (Subject matter expertise) for software quality assurance.
- Analyzing requirement and identifying Quality Assurance (QA) Scope, Strategy, and appropriate methodology.
- Build a Strong with business team to understand the requirements, estimation and based on that will prepare test Plan & Strategy, real time business scenarios.
- Responsible for implementing frameworks for Automation and Performance Testing, as well as developing both functional and non-functional test scripts.
- Designing functional and Nonfunctional test Scenarios/ cases, conduct test execution, managing bugs & sending daily release status report to client along with deliver value added testing services.
- Responsible highlighting major risks, issues and reporting daily metrics to the business team and will aid the business in taking appropriate decisions that will help in avoiding any delays in the project timelines.
- Play the role of SME for the client for the customized business solution, application and will help them to identify the bugs at early stages to ensure the quality of build and eventually the product with automated regression cycle.
- Frame the detailed ST (System Testing) & SIT (System Integration Testing) end-to-end Test scenarios to test the complex infrastructure with respect to customized software design and development to ensure compliance with technical specifications, and to ensure foremost customer satisfaction.
- Actively participate in Business Analysis, Design & Development meetings for requirement analysis to comprehend the functional and nonfunctional requirements, to identify defects & performance bottlenecks at early stage. He will serve as an escalation point of contact to resolve technical issues
- Must work with business team to conduct User Acceptance Testing and Parallel Payroll Testing by providing adequate information on Functional flow & Test Data set up.
- Drive the assessment along with customer to promote the integration between Agile & Dev Ops model in software Testing, which follows the collaboration between development and operations team to deploy the code to production faster in an automated & repeatable way. It will allow organizations to serve their customers better and compete more strongly in the market.
- Drive the client specific Innovations leveraging the own organization Innovation framework and adopting developed Innovations available in the Framework for efficient testing
Qualifications/Certifications (Optional):
Certified in TOSCA Automation Specialist level 1
Certified in TOSCA Automation Specialist level 2
Certified ISTQB Software Test lead
