Job Summary:
Lead Development and Operations team in ensuring Kronos/UKG PRO system functionality, performance and reliability were met in support of critical business needs.
• Diverse roles held including Team Lead, System Analyst, System Architect, Functional Consultant, Implementation Consultant, Support Engineer and Tester.
• Creation of Pay Policies, access profiles according to the client’s requirements.
• Troubleshoot issues related to maintenance of the Kronos Workforce Timekeeping system and UKG PRO WFM
Technologies:
Kronos Workforce Central, UKG PRO WFM, Boomi, SQL
Job Responsibilities:
• Take care of support and maintenance of Kronos / UKG PRO WFM Applications.
• Work with customer and Develop new policies as per the business requirement and proactive initiatives which could help customer in cost reductions.
• Take care of clocks firmware upgrades, sanity checks during patch updates by UKG.
•
• Take care of weekly and bi-weekly payroll activities.
• Built and deliver custom training plans and documentation
• Plan and implementation innovations which will benefit the customers
• Take care of new project initiatives.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Experience with UKG Pro WFM (Dimensions) implementations and migrations will be given preference over just Workforce Central experience.
• Minimum of 10+ years of experience implementing and configuring UKG Pro WFM (Dimensions), UKG Workforce Central and/or or ADP eTime versions 7.0 and higher.
• Experience developing and/or supporting interfaces using Boomi for UKG Pro WFM (Dimensions).
• Experience implementing and configuring UKG Accruals & Absence Management modules.
• Ability to configure UDM/WDM servers and assist clients in deploying UKG clocks (4500 and InTouch 9000/9100/ DX terminals).
• Knowledge of full life cycle of a project including gathering detailed requirements, being able to develop a design and then building of the design to deliver the solution to the client and then provide support.
• This role requires complete domain expertise of UKG Pro WFM suite of products and hence the requirement for excellent consultative and communication skills to interact with business users and client management.
• Ability to work in complex technology environments requiring a multi-product solution.
• Willing to travel to customer location as needed
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
UKG PRO WFM Certified profressional
Boomi Certification
Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $112,500 to $132,000 P/Year depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
