Our development tram follow the principles of Extreme Programming (XP), including Pair Programming, Test Driven Development (TDD), Refactoring, and Continuous Integration.
We leverage DevOps tools and practices to unify different functions into one; QA, IT, Dev, Operations, etc. We expect our developers to possess working knowledge of corresponding scripting languages and be as comfortable at the command line as they are in the IDE.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of software engineering experience and preferably 1 year of java programming experience.
