Watch out for fraudulent offers

Some applicants report that after posting their resume on certain websites and portals, they have received fraudulent offers from people posing as employees of Cognizant. For example, promises are made about the selection process. In some cases, potential candidates are requested to make a payment in order to be considered. The documents appear legitimate and carry our company logo or contain personal information that has been copied from social media. They sometimes include a job description and salary information.

Cognizant does not charge anything at any stage of the recruitment process and has not authorized agencies or partners to charge fees for recruitment.

Our core values include integrity and transparency. We have a transparent recruitment process and are not affiliated to such services or individuals. We will not be liable for any loss or damage as a result of dealing with such entities.
