Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Test Lead with 11 to 13 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Test Metrics and Reporting SNOW Device Testing Testing Tools and Frameworks Manual E2E BPA Rally HP ALM Jira and Basic Programming. Experience in Asset Management Operations is a plus. The candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning design and execution of test strategies for various projects.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of test metrics and reporting mechanisms.
  • Provide expertise in SNOW for tracking and managing test cases and defects.
  • Conduct comprehensive device testing to ensure compatibility and performance across different devices.
  • Utilize various testing tools and frameworks to automate and streamline testing processes.
  • Perform manual end-to-end business process automation (E2E BPA) testing to validate workflows.
  • Manage and track testing activities using Rally HP ALM and Jira.
  • Develop and maintain basic programming scripts to support testing activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of software products.
  • Identify document and track defects ensuring timely resolution and retesting.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on testing progress issues and risks to stakeholders.
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices throughout the testing lifecycle.
  • Mentor and guide junior testers fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

  • Qualifications

  • Possess a strong background in Test Metrics and Reporting with the ability to generate insightful reports.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in using SNOW for test case and defect management.
  • Have extensive experience in device testing ensuring compatibility across various devices.
  • Show expertise in utilizing testing tools and frameworks for automation.
  • Exhibit strong skills in manual E2E BPA testing validating complex workflows.
  • Be proficient in using Rally HP ALM and Jira for managing testing activities.
  • Have basic programming skills to develop and maintain test scripts.
  • Experience in Asset Management Operations is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

  • Certifications Required

    ISTQB Certified Tester Certified Software Test Professional (CSTP) or equivalent.
