Responsibilities : - Lead the implementation and optimization of ServiceNow ITAM solutions to enhance IT asset management processes. - Oversee the configuration and customization of ServiceNow ITAM modules to meet organizational needs. - Provide technical expertise in ServiceNow ITAM to ensure seamless integration with other IT systems. - Conduct regular audits of IT assets to ensure compliance with organizational policies and standards. - Develop and maintain documentation for IT asset management processes and procedures. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues related to IT asset management. - Monitor and report on the performance of IT assets to ensure optimal utilization. - Implement best practices for IT asset lifecycle management including procurement deployment maintenance and disposal. - Train and support end-users on ServiceNow ITAM functionalities and best practices. - Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the ServiceNow ITAM system. - Participate in the development of IT asset management strategies and roadmaps. - Provide recommendations for improving IT asset management processes and reducing costs. - Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in ServiceNow ITAM and related technologies. -Qualifications - Possess a strong background in ServiceNow ITAM with at least 7 years of relevant experience. - Demonstrate expertise in configuring and customizing ServiceNow ITAM modules. - Have experience in conducting IT asset audits and ensuring compliance with policies. - Show proficiency in developing and maintaining IT asset management documentation. - Exhibit the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. - Display strong analytical skills to monitor and report on IT asset performance. - Have a proven track record of implementing IT asset lifecycle management best practices. - Be skilled in training and supporting end-users on ServiceNow ITAM functionalities. 9.
