Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Infra Dev Specialist with a strong background in Microsoft Teams to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 7 to 10 years of experience in infrastructure development and will play a crucial role in enhancing our communication and collaboration platforms. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the companys growth and impact on society.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and implementation of Microsoft Teams solutions to enhance communication and collaboration within the organization.
  • Oversee the integration of Microsoft Teams with other enterprise systems to ensure seamless operations.
  • Provide technical expertise in the configuration and customization of Microsoft Teams to meet business requirements.
  • Monitor and maintain the performance and availability of Microsoft Teams ensuring optimal user experience.
  • Develop and enforce best practices for the use of Microsoft Teams across the organization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address any issues related to Microsoft Teams.
  • Conduct regular training sessions for employees to maximize the effective use of Microsoft Teams.
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation of Microsoft Teams configurations processes and procedures.
  • Implement security measures to protect data and ensure compliance with organizational policies.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Microsoft Teams in a timely manner.
  • Stay updated with the latest developments and features of Microsoft Teams and recommend improvements.
  • Provide support during the rollout of new features and updates to Microsoft Teams.
  • Participate in the planning and execution of infrastructure projects related to Microsoft Teams.

  • Qualifications

  • Possess a deep understanding of Microsoft Teams and its integration with other Microsoft 365 services.
  • Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • Exhibit excellent communication skills to effectively train and support users.
  • Show proficiency in scripting and automation to streamline Microsoft Teams management.
  • Have experience in implementing security best practices for Microsoft Teams.
  • Display the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

  • Certifications Required

  • Microsoft Certified: Teams Administrator Associate
