Job Summary

We are seeking a Sr. Developer with 4 to 6 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Workday Revenue Management Workday HCM and Workday Integrations. Experience in Finance & Accounting is a plus. This role involves developing and implementing solutions that enhance our business processes and drive efficiency.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement Workday solutions to enhance business processes.
  • Oversee the integration of Workday HCM and Revenue Management modules.
  • Provide technical expertise in Workday Integrations to ensure seamless data flow.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements.
  • Design and develop custom reports and dashboards in Workday.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the Workday system.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Workday applications.
  • Conduct regular system audits to maintain compliance and security.
  • Lead the testing and validation of Workday updates and new features.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on Workday functionalities.
  • Document technical specifications and system configurations.
  • Stay updated with the latest Workday features and best practices.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the team.

  • Qualifications

  • Possess strong technical skills in Workday Revenue Management.
  • Demonstrate expertise in Workday HCM and Workday Integrations.
  • Have experience in developing custom reports and dashboards in Workday.
  • Show proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
  • Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Have excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Experience in Finance & Accounting is a plus.
  • Be detail-oriented and committed to data accuracy.
  • Demonstrate the ability to lead testing and validation processes.
  • Show a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
  • Possess the ability to document technical specifications clearly.
  • Be proactive in identifying and addressing system improvements.
  • Have a strong understanding of compliance and security standards.
