Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with 7 to 8 years of experience in AEM and a strong background in the Education and E-Learning domains. The ideal candidate will drive technical excellence and innovation in our projects ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions that meet our clients needs.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and development of AEM-based solutions for Education and E-Learning projects.
  • Oversee the implementation of best practices in AEM development to ensure high performance and scalability.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements ensuring alignment with project goals.
  • Ensure the integration of AEM with other systems and platforms optimizing workflows and data management.
  • Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to maintain code quality and adherence to standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues ensuring minimal disruption to project timelines.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation including design specifications and user guides.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in AEM and E-Learning technologies incorporating them into project strategies.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure project deliverables meet or exceed expectations.
  • Drive the adoption of agile methodologies within the team enhancing collaboration and productivity.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to management highlighting any risks or issues.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations particularly in the Education and E-Learning sectors.

  • Qualifications

  • Possess a strong understanding of AEM architecture and development.
  • Demonstrate expertise in the Education and E-Learning domains.
  • Exhibit excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Show proficiency in integrating AEM with other systems.
  • Have experience in leading and mentoring development teams.
  • Display strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Be adept at managing project timelines and deliverables.
  • Have a keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality.
  • Be familiar with agile methodologies and practices.

  • Certifications Required

    Adobe Certified Expert - Adobe Experience Manager Sites Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)
