Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Developer with 10 to 14 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Veeva Vault for eTMF and Veeva Vault Platform. This role is hybrid with no travel required and operates during day shifts. Experience in Research and Development or Medical Devices is a plus.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of Veeva Vault solutions for eTMF to ensure efficient document management.
  • Oversee the customization and configuration of the Veeva Vault Platform to meet specific project requirements.
  • Provide technical expertise in Veeva Vault to support various business processes and ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for Veeva Vault configurations and customizations to ensure clarity and consistency.
  • Conduct regular system audits and troubleshoot issues to maintain optimal performance of Veeva Vault applications.
  • Implement best practices for data integrity and security within the Veeva Vault environment.
  • Train and mentor junior developers on Veeva Vault functionalities and best practices to build a knowledgeable team.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure high-quality code delivery.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to ensure that Veeva Vault solutions align with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor system performance and implement enhancements to improve efficiency and user experience.
  • Stay updated with the latest developments in Veeva Vault and related technologies to bring innovative solutions to the team.
  • Ensure seamless integration of Veeva Vault with other enterprise systems to streamline workflows.

    • Qualifications

  • Possess a strong background in Veeva Vault for eTMF with proven implementation experience.
  • Demonstrate expertise in the Veeva Vault Platform including customization and configuration.
  • Have a solid understanding of Research and Development or Medical Devices domains.
  • Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • Show proficiency in gathering and translating business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Display strong documentation skills to maintain clear and consistent records.
  • Have experience in training and mentoring junior developers.
  • Be capable of conducting code reviews and providing constructive feedback.
  • Understand best practices for data integrity and security.
  • Be able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills.
