Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Infra. Technology Specialist with 5 to 8 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Grafana and Splunk including Splunk Admin tasks. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of working both remotely and on-site with a day shift schedule. The candidate will play a crucial role in monitoring and optimizing our IT infrastructure.


Responsibilities

  • Monitor and maintain the health of IT infrastructure using Grafana and Splunk.
  • Develop and implement dashboards in Grafana to visualize system performance.
  • Configure and manage Splunk instances to ensure optimal performance.
  • Perform Splunk Admin tasks including user management and data indexing.
  • Analyze system logs and metrics to identify and resolve issues proactively.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of monitoring tools.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Grafana and Splunk-related issues.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for monitoring processes and configurations.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with IT policies and standards.
  • Optimize system performance by fine-tuning configurations and settings.
  • Participate in capacity planning and scaling of monitoring solutions.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in IT infrastructure monitoring.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of monitoring processes and tools.

  • Qualifications

  • Possess a strong understanding of Grafana and its dashboard capabilities.
  • Have extensive experience in configuring and managing Splunk instances.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in performing Splunk Admin tasks.
  • Exhibit excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Show ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Display strong documentation and communication skills.
  • Have a proactive approach to identifying and resolving system issues.
  • Be familiar with IT policies and compliance standards.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends in IT infrastructure monitoring.
  • Have experience in capacity planning and scaling of monitoring solutions.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to continuous improvement and learning.
  • Possess a bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in IT infrastructure monitoring.
