Job Summary

We are seeking a Sr. Product Specialist (T) with 6 to 10 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in Database and SQL Rest API Hibernate Springboot Microservices and Core Java. Experience in Group Employee Benefits is a plus. This hybrid role requires working during the day shift with no travel required. The candidate will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining our product offerings ensuring they meet the highest standar


Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and development of robust and scalable database solutions using SQL.
  • Oversee the integration of Rest APIs to ensure seamless communication between different systems.
  • Provide expertise in Hibernate to manage data persistence and retrieval efficiently.
  • Utilize Springboot Microservices to build and deploy modular and maintainable applications.
  • Implement Core Java best practices to enhance application performance and reliability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for new features.
  • Ensure the timely delivery of high-quality software products by following agile methodologies.
  • Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to maintain code quality.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operation.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation to support ongoing development and maintenance.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve our products.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall strategy and direction of the product.
  • Mentor junior developers and share knowledge to foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.

  • Possess strong technical skills in Database and SQL Rest API Hibernate Springboot Microservices and Core Java.
  • Demonstrate experience in designing and developing scalable database solutions.
  • Show proficiency in integrating Rest APIs for seamless system communication.
  • Exhibit expertise in Hibernate for efficient data management.
  • Utilize Springboot Microservices to build modular applications.
  • Apply Core Java best practices to enhance application performance.
  • Experience in Group Employee Benefits is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid model with a day shift schedule.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to mentor and guide junior developers.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and best practices.
