Cognizant Technology Solutions is currently seeking a highly skilled Automation Architect - GenAi who will be responsible for Driving GEN AI based transformation at onsite for the Client (AI for QE and QE for AI).

Ability to work independently and remotely, with willingness travel for client engagements as needed.
Responsibilities:
· Leading enterprise-wide transformation for QA Org providing governance across the engagement
· Collaborate with client stakeholders and engagement leads
· Plan and track all transformation activities
· Establish relationship with client stakeholder through colocation
· Periodic checkpoints with all stakeholders
Required Skills/Qualifications:
· Overall 15+ yrs of experience in various technical consulting roles around Quality Engineering
· Experience in leading enterprise-wide transformation for QA Org providing governance across the engagement
· Hands-on experience in Gen AI, capable of building solutions with LLM’s
· Experience in GitHub Copilot & prompt engineering. Experience working with Github Copilot on any GenAI usecase
· Strong Test automation skills, Of experience across all layers of Test automation – UI/API/Forms
· Strong soft skills, participate in architecting solutions & build strong rapport with client stakeholders
Preferred Skills/Qualification:
· Must be a go getter when it comes to the solution part
· Must have played a transformation champion roles
