Job Summary

We are seeking a Sr. Business Analyst with 7 to 8 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have mandatory technical skills in IDBS ELN and preferably domain experience in Data Models. This hybrid role requires a professional who can work effectively during day shifts. No travel is required.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the analysis and documentation of business requirements for various projects.
  • Oversee the implementation of IDBS ELN solutions to ensure they meet business needs.
  • Provide detailed analysis and recommendations to improve business processes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define requirements.
  • Ensure that all project documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders to review project progress.
  • Develop and maintain data models to support business analysis.
  • Utilize IDBS ELN to streamline laboratory workflows and data management.
  • Coordinate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration of IDBS ELN with other systems.
  • Monitor project timelines and deliverables to ensure they are met.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on IDBS ELN functionalities.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and insights that can drive business decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all project activities.

  • Qualifications

  • Possess a minimum of 7 years of experience in business analysis.
  • Demonstrate mandatory technical skills in IDBS ELN.
  • Show domain experience in Data Models is a plus.
  • Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Be proficient in project management methodologies.
  • Display the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
  • Have a strong understanding of data management and laboratory workflows.
  • Be detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
  • Show the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in using business analysis tools and software.
  • Have a strong commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
  • Be adaptable and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Certifications Required

    Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) IDBS ELN Certification
