Job Summary

We are seeking a Sr. Product Specialist(T) with 5 to 7 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Module Testing Test Metrics and Reporting Test and Defect Management Automated Unit Test Integration and White Box Testing. Experience in the Automotive Industry is a plus. This hybrid role requires no travel and operates during day shifts.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of module testing strategies to ensure high-quality software products.
  • Oversee the collection and analysis of test metrics to provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Provide comprehensive test and defect management to track and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Implement automated unit test integration to streamline the testing process and enhance productivity.
  • Conduct thorough white box testing to identify and mitigate potential vulnerabilities in the software.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of testing processes.
  • Develop and maintain detailed test plans test cases and test scripts to ensure thorough coverage.
  • Monitor and report on test progress including defect status and test completion rates.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in testing and quality assurance.
  • Facilitate knowledge sharing and training sessions to enhance team capabilities.
  • Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to quality standards and identify potential issues early.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing methodologies and tools.
  • Support the development of test automation frameworks to increase efficiency and reduce manual effort.

  • Qualifications

  • Possess strong expertise in module testing and automated unit test integration.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in test metrics and reporting to drive data-driven decisions.
  • Have extensive experience in test and defect management to ensure timely issue resolution.
  • Exhibit a deep understanding of white box testing techniques and best practices.
  • Experience in the automotive industry is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address testing challenges.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Certifications Required

    ISTQB Certified Tester Certified Software Test Professional (CSTP)
