Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Program Manager with 12 to 15 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in MS Excel and Portfolio & Project Management (PPM). Experience in the Cards & Payments domain is a plus. This role operates on a hybrid work model with day shifts and does not require travel.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning and implementation of projects within the portfolio.
  • Oversee the coordination and completion of projects on time and within scope.
  • Provide direction and support to project teams to ensure alignment with project goals.
  • Monitor and report on project progress to all stakeholders.
  • Utilize MS Excel to analyze project data and generate reports.
  • Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs.
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation for project execution.
  • Develop detailed project plans to track progress and ensure timely completion.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Identify and manage project risks and issues and develop mitigation plans.
  • Ensure all projects adhere to company standards and best practices.
  • Facilitate communication between stakeholders and project teams to ensure clarity and alignment.
  • Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and methodologies.

  • Qualifications

  • Possess strong technical skills in MS Excel for data analysis and reporting.
  • Demonstrate expertise in Portfolio & Project Management (PPM) tools and techniques.
  • Have experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Show ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
  • Have domain experience in Cards & Payments (nice to have).
  • Display strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Be proficient in project management software and tools.
  • Show a track record of successful project delivery.
  • Have a strong understanding of project management methodologies.
  • Demonstrate the ability to lead and motivate project teams.
  • Possess excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Show commitment to continuous improvement and professional development.
