Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Business Manager - Digital Mar with 16 to 20 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Robotics Process Automation Tool Power Platform and Automation along with domain expertise in Telecom and Networks. This hybrid role requires a strategic thinker who can drive digital transformation initiatives and deliver impactful results. The position operates during day shifts and does not require travel.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of digital transformation strategies using Robotics Process Automation Tool Power Platform and Automation to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Oversee the execution of automation projects within the Telecom and Networks domain ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Provide strategic direction and guidance to cross-functional teams to drive digital initiatives and achieve desired outcomes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within the organization.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of industry trends and emerging technologies in Telecom and Networks.
  • Ensure the successful deployment of automation solutions by coordinating with technical teams and managing project timelines.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of digital initiatives providing regular updates and recommendations to senior management.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement by promoting the adoption of new technologies and best practices.
  • Manage budgets and resources effectively to ensure the successful delivery of digital projects.
  • Conduct regular assessments of automation tools and platforms to ensure they meet the evolving needs of the business.
  • Provide training and support to team members on the use of automation tools and platforms.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and partners to leverage their expertise and resources.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards in all digital initiatives.

    • Qualifications

  • Possess extensive experience in Robotics Process Automation Tool Power Platform and Automation.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of Telecom and Networks domain.
  • Exhibit strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
  • Showcase excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Display a strategic mindset with the ability to drive digital transformation initiatives.
  • Have a proven track record of delivering successful automation projects.
  • Be proficient in analyzing data and making data-driven decisions.
  • Show a commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with industry trends.
  • Be adept at managing budgets and resources effectively.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work in a hybrid work model.
  • Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Have experience in training and supporting team members on technical tools.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and ethical standards.

    Certified Automation Professional (CAP) Microsoft Power Platform Certification Telecom Management Certification
