Job Summary

We are seeking a Sr. Product Test Specialist with 6 to 8 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Karate Salesforce Testing Manual and Salesforce Testing Selenium. Experience in Cards & Payments domain is a plus. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can ensure the quality and reliability of our products. The position operates during day shifts and does not require travel.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the testing efforts for various products ensuring high quality and reliability.
  • Oversee the development and execution of test plans and test cases.
  • Provide expertise in Karate Salesforce Testing Manual and Salesforce Testing Selenium.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and design comprehensive test strategies.
  • Execute manual and automated tests to identify defects and ensure product functionality.
  • Analyze test results and work closely with developers to resolve issues.
  • Ensure that all testing activities are conducted in accordance with established processes and standards.
  • Document and report test findings providing detailed feedback to the development team.
  • Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Mentor junior testers and provide guidance on best practices and techniques.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest testing tools and technologies to ensure the team is using the best available resources.
  • Contribute to the overall success of the product by ensuring that it meets the highest standards of quality.
  • Support the team in achieving project milestones and deliverables on time.

  • Qualifications

  • Possess strong technical skills in Karate Salesforce Testing Manual and Salesforce Testing Selenium.
  • Demonstrate experience in the Cards & Payments domain is a plus.
  • Exhibit excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Show proficiency in developing and executing test plans and test cases.
  • Display strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Have a proactive and detail-oriented approach to testing.
  • Maintain a commitment to continuous improvement and learning.
  • Possess the ability to mentor and guide junior team members.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
  • Show a strong understanding of software development and testing processes.
  • Exhibit the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Maintain a focus on delivering high-quality products that meet customer needs.
  • Have a minimum of 6 years and a maximum of 8 years of relevant experience.

  • Certifications Required

    Certified Salesforce Tester ISTQB Certified Tester
