Job Summary

We are seeking a Systems Engineer with 2 to 3 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Zscaler Web Security Palo Alto Panorama Zscaler Private Access and Palo Alto Next Gen Firewalls. This hybrid role involves rotational shifts offering flexibility and the opportunity to work on cutting-edge security technologies. The candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the security and efficiency of our network systems.


Responsibilities

  • Implement and manage Zscaler Web Security solutions to protect the organizations web traffic.
  • Configure and maintain Palo Alto Panorama for centralized management of firewalls.
  • Deploy and support Zscaler Private Access to ensure secure remote access for users.
  • Administer Palo Alto Next Gen Firewalls to safeguard the network from threats.
  • Monitor and analyze network traffic to identify and mitigate potential security risks.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to design and implement security policies and procedures.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for security-related issues.
  • Conduct regular security assessments and audits to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for security configurations and procedures.
  • Stay updated with the latest security trends and technologies to enhance the organizations security posture.
  • Participate in incident response activities to quickly address and resolve security incidents.
  • Train and mentor junior team members on security best practices and technologies.
  • Work in rotational shifts to provide 24/7 support for security operations.

  • Qualifications

  • Possess a strong understanding of Zscaler Web Security and its implementation.
  • Have hands-on experience with Palo Alto Panorama for firewall management.
  • Demonstrate expertise in Zscaler Private Access for secure remote access.
  • Show proficiency in administering Palo Alto Next Gen Firewalls.
  • Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex security issues.
  • Have strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
  • Be detail-oriented and capable of conducting thorough security assessments.
  • Stay proactive in learning and adapting to new security technologies and trends.
  • Be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model with rotational shifts.
  • Hold relevant certifications such as Zscaler Certified Cloud Professional (ZCCP) or Palo Alto Networks Certified Network Security Engineer (PCNSE).
