Job Summary

We are seeking a Sr. Analyst with 5 to 9 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in Automation and Salesforce with a preference for those with domain experience in Advent Geneva. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of working both remotely and on-site with no travel required. The candidate will play a crucial role in optimizing our processes and contributing to the companys success.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation and optimization of automation processes to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Oversee the integration and customization of Salesforce to meet business requirements.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for automation and Salesforce-related issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for automation and Salesforce processes.
  • Conduct regular system audits to ensure data integrity and system performance.
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Design and execute test plans to ensure the quality and functionality of automation and Salesforce solutions.
  • Monitor system performance and implement necessary updates and enhancements.
  • Train and mentor junior team members on automation and Salesforce best practices.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the company remains competitive.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide timely solutions.
  • Contribute to the overall success of the company by driving innovation and efficiency.

  • Qualifications

  • Possess strong technical skills in Automation and Salesforce.
  • Have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Demonstrate experience in integrating and customizing Salesforce.
  • Show proficiency in troubleshooting and providing technical support.
  • Exhibit excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Have experience in developing and maintaining process documentation.
  • Display strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Preferably have domain experience in Advent Geneva.
  • Be capable of conducting system audits and ensuring data integrity.
  • Be adept at designing and executing test plans.
  • Have a proactive approach to monitoring and enhancing system performance.
  • Be committed to continuous learning and staying updated with industry trends.
  • Be able to train and mentor junior team members effectively.

  • Certifications Required

    Salesforce Certified Administrator Automation Anywhere Certified Advanced RPA Professional
