Job Summary
o + 5 años de experiencia en rol de Product Owner / Business Analyst en proyectos digitales
o Background técnico con experiencia en el mundo de desarrollo idealmente conocimiento de APIs (ser capaz de leer y entender logs y revisar código)
o Conocimiento de uno o varios productos / procesos bancarios (cuentas pagos tarjetas contabilidad préstamos depósitos Contact center wealth onboarding.)
o Uso de Jira y Confluence
Responsibilities
o Experiencia en metodologías ágiles (Scrum Kanban etc.)
o Gestión de stakeholders. Tener experiencia trabajando con áreas cross de la compañia (Legal Compliance Producto Diseño) para trasladar sus necesidades/especificaciones a requerimientos funcionales del producto.
o Tener experiencia creando ejecutando y analizando planes de prueba de negocio
o Tener experiencia en reporte y seguimiento de Bugs detectados en los flujos de cliente
o Saber realizar tests unitarios y regresivas del plan de pruebas
