Product Manager/Owner _ Digital/IT Strategy:

Job Description and Expectations:

  1. Explore current and evolving digital platforms, guiding our clients to utilize them effectively so their brands reach customers effectively.
  2. Develop innovative solutions in defining Digital / IT Strategy, Evaluate Digital Maturity, M&A – D, Portfolio Rationalization, Analytics, Cloud, IoT/Industry 4.0 Implementation, and hands-on experience with Generative AI.
  3. Experience in defining strategy for Merger and Acquisition, divestiture for large organization
  4. Advise clients on digital transformations to keep them relevant across social media, web platforms, and mobile environments.
  5. Oversee and implement marketing activities through thorough research, strategic planning, and execution.
  6. Experienced in business development, client management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  7. Domain knowledge in specific sectors such as Banking and Financial Services (BFS), Retail, Consumer Goods, Travel and Hospitality (RCGTH), Manufacturing and Logistics, Energy and Utilities, Life Sciences, and Healthcare is an added advantage.

Independent role as a Product Owner or Product Manager for large-scale transformations.

  1. Serve as the voice of the customer and embody the product management vision for the team.
  2. Own, maintain, and prioritize the product roadmap while breaking features into manageable stories, ensuring capacity for enablers and resolving defects.
  3. Ensure the work is ready, accepted, and delivered per the Product Roadmap's guidelines and milestones.
  4. Prioritize tasks and make decisions regarding trade-offs by considering strategies, budget constraints, epic and enabler requirements, organizational goals, and the value that various features and stories contribute to the business.
  5. Align with the Agile Release Train (ART) for participation in Agile teams, ensuring awareness of release dates and content.
  6. Work with business and technical stakeholders to develop and document user stories.
  7. Participate in sprint planning to determine the team’s objectives for the upcoming sprint.
  8. Prioritize and maintain the product backlog.
  9. Participate in agile ceremonies including stand-ups, story refinements, and team retrospectives; ensure the team understands priorities and next steps clearly.

  3. Gain expertise in Digital Strategy, Customer Engagement, Commerce, Cloud Solutions, and Marketing. You will also improve your skills through training and mastering Agile methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

  1. Master’s degree preferred. Bachelor’s degree in engineering is a must – Exposure to Strategy engagement is preferred
  2. Demonstrated experience in Digital /IT Strategy , Evaluate Digital Maturity, M&A - D, Portfolio Rationalization, Analytics, Cloud, IoT/Industry 4.0 Implementation, and hands-on experience with Generative AI.
  3. Familiarity with cloud platforms like Azure, AWS is an advantage
  4. Being versed with Agile methodologies
