Responsible for managing all the security devices & compliances
Responsible for firewall software compliance across the organization
Responsible for taking care of performance based year end appraisal for entire team.
In Charge of technical Deck tower management and achieving monthly target
Manage Critical Outages for Projects and responsible for restoring the services
First Level POC for all Cognizant Firewall Related Issues
Security Specialist responsible for Firewall Change Management
Member of Change Management Team and Critical Incident Management
Responsible for configuration Changes in Devices
Responsible for ensuring uninterrupted network operations in the organization across globe (Security LAN MAN and WAN)
Understand and articulate complex problems related to the specific technology
Work with the client team to address escalations
Configuring and troubleshooting NAT
Implementing and troubleshooting IPSec site to site and remote access VPN
Conducting BCP for all offshore development centers
Ensured network security according to policies and procedures and documents information security processes
Analyzed network resource utilization and implement solutions to correct problems to ensure all network applications are accessible and functioning properly
Provided mentoring and training as and when required.
Created and maintained comprehensive documentation for network and security infrastructure
Planned designed supported and maintained remote access infrastructure
Identified and resolved complex network and security problems use network management tools
