SAP Program Manager (d/f/m)
Location: Germany/Hybrid
The Opportunity:
We are currently looking for a highly skilled SAP Program Manager (d/f/m) who will be a part of high performing team that is passionate to deliver results and cater to the need of projects in DACH and other regions of Europe, customers for business opportunities such as implementation – transformation and managed service projects.
Your Key Result Areas:
• Lead national/international teams as experienced S/4 HANA SAP Program Manager
• Lead large S/4 HANA transformation program
• Management of global customer relationships for the individual customer groups
• Management of national/international SAP projects
• Milestone planning and monitoring (project reviews) for all projects in the area of responsibility
• Responsible for the interdisciplinary management of customer projects with regard to costs, deadlines and quality
• Implementation of escalation management in the event of deviations in projects
• Responsibility and control of the IT budget
• Monitoring/motivation and optimization of internal team processes and control of knowledge management
Your Qualification:
• Successfully completed studies in (business) informatics, industrial engineering or a comparable course of studies/comparable training
• At least 12 years professional experience as an experienced SAP Program Manager or in a comparable role with experience of leading S/4 HANA programs
• Many years of experience in project management and personnel responsibility
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Very good knowledge of German and English
• Mobility and fun working together within a project team
• Structured and independent way of working, customer orientation as well as a high degree of leadership readiness
