Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technology Architect with 10 to 12 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in AEM support engineering AEM system engineering AEM frontend AEM backend and AEM authoring. The role requires strong domain knowledge in User Access and Identity Management IT business support and IT Security. This is a hybrid work model with day shifts and no travel requirements.


Responsibilities

  • Prior experience of 2 plus years in AEM Project Management
  • Good Knowledge of web technologies web integrations and related interdependencies.

    Experience in end to end project management for multiple fixed price and agile capacity based projects

    Solid understanding of scope time cost quality interdependencies

    Ability to clearly articulate risks dependencies in PM terms and negotiate with client and have tough conversations

    Great mentor and ability to shield the team.

    Experience in ADO day to day task tracking

    Experience in conducting all the ceremonies of agile scrum

    Agile mindset and good understanding of agile in bigger context

    Play senior project manager and scrum master role and take end to end ownership of the project or track

    Establish best practices and processes

    Establish agile pratices in the team

    Work with and nurturing a multi geography team

    Client facing on a daily basis and collaborate with client closely

    Report statuses to leadership

    Lead the design and implementation of AEM solutions to meet business requirements.

  • Oversee the development and maintenance of AEM components templates and workflows.
  • Provide technical support for AEM systems ensuring high availability and performance.
  • Collaborate with frontend and backend developers to create seamless AEM integrations.
  • Develop and maintain AEM authoring tools to enhance content management capabilities.
  • Ensure compliance with IT security standards and best practices in all AEM implementations.
  • Manage user access and identity management within AEM environments.
  • Support IT business operations by providing technical expertise and troubleshooting.
  • Conduct regular system audits and security assessments to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality AEM solutions.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on AEM functionalities and best practices.
  • Stay updated with the latest AEM technologies and industry trends to drive innovation.
  • Document technical specifications and project plans for AEM implementations.

  • Qualifications

  • Must have extensive experience in AEM support engineering system engineering frontend backend and authoring.
  • Strong domain knowledge in User Access and Identity Management is required.
  • Experience in IT business support and IT Security is essential.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage complex AEM projects.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid work model with minimal supervision.
